CRM & automation systems
We design and automate the systems that move leads from first contact to customer.
You already generate leads. They go cold between the enquiry and the booked call, because the follow-up is manual, generic, or depends on someone remembering. We build the system that handles it.
Fixed scope and fixed price. Every path tested before launch.
One journey, five paths
The problem
Most businesses don't have a lead problem. They have a system problem.
More tools rarely fix it. Each one solves a piece and none of them talk, so the gaps move rather than close.
Leads wait
The form fills in at 9pm. Someone sees it on Tuesday. By then they have booked with whoever replied first.
Everyone gets the same email
You asked six questions at signup and then ignored every answer. The lead notices before you do.
Nobody can see the pipeline
The CRM says one thing, the spreadsheet says another, and the real answer lives in someone's inbox.
What we build
Two things, and the line between them is clear
Journey and CRM systems
The path from enquiry to customer, designed around how you actually sell, then built and tested end to end.
- CRM architecture: pipelines, fields, ownership rules
- Segmentation from what the lead already told you
- Nurture sequences that differ by segment
- Booking, confirmation and reminder flows
- Migrations between platforms, without losing history
Custom builds
When the platform can't do it, we build the piece that's missing, instead of bending the business to fit a tool.
- Reporting dashboards your CRM can't produce
- Client and team portals
- Internal tools that replace the spreadsheet
- Integrations where no connector exists
- Full products, when that is what the problem needs
How we work
Map the process before building anything
Most automation fails because it was built to match a tool rather than a business. Six steps, in this order, every time.
01
Map
How the work happens now, including the parts that live in people's heads.
02
Design
The architecture on paper: stages, rules, owners, what happens at every branch.
03
Build
In your stack where it fits, in code where it doesn't.
04
Test every path
Not the happy one. Every branch, with an accelerated clock so multi-day journeys can be checked in minutes.
05
Launch
Old automations retired, not left running alongside the new ones.
06
Optimise
What the data says after 30 days, and what to change because of it.
Proof
Open one and click around
A screenshot proves nothing. This is a working system, running on demo data, that you can open right now.

Who you work with
I design the system and I build it
I'm Bolu Durodola. For over five years I've built CRM and marketing automation systems for service businesses, working from Nigeria with clients in the US, UK, UAE and France.
I also build and run software of my own. LegacyOS is a multi-tenant platform I designed, built and still maintain, with live subscription billing, role-based access and its own app for every organisation on it. That is the reason Ordiventa doesn't stop where a platform stops.
The practical version: the person who maps your process is the person who writes the automation. Nothing gets handed to someone junior once the proposal is signed.
Our own products
We don't only build for clients
Four platforms of our own, in four different industries. Building and running our own software is why we don't stop where a tool stops.
LegacyOS
Multi-tenant platform for network-marketing offices. Attendance, earnings, training and prospecting, with subscription billing.
Live
Brendlio
Daily sales tracking for small food businesses. Products, cart, history and reports, installable on a phone.
Live
Wardbook
Records platform for hospitals. Patients, visits, billing and reporting, with each hospital on its own tenant.
In build
ChessMoni
Skill-based chess competition platform. Players stake, play and get paid out on result.
In buildWho it's for
This works best when the sale happens on a call
Clinics, agencies, consultants, coaches, property teams, professional services. The industry matters less than the shape of the sale.
- You already have lead flow
- One lost lead costs real money
- Your tools are disconnected, or follow-up is manual
- Someone owns growth and can make decisions
We're not the right fit if
- You need more traffic. That's a different problem and we don't solve it.
- You want one automation built to spec, with no say in the design.
- There are no leads yet. Systems multiply what exists, they don't create it.
Saying this up front saves everyone a call.
Capabilities
We pick the stack after the design, not before
Platform-agnostic by design. If you already run one of these, we work in it. If the right answer is code, we write it.
Why Ordiventa
The middle that usually isn't there
Freelancers
Build what you ask for. If the brief is wrong, you get a well-built version of the wrong thing.
Ordiventa
Design the process and build it. One team owns both, so the thing that gets built is the thing that was decided.
Consultancies
Deliver the strategy and hand you a deck. Implementation becomes your problem.
